No, and that's the point. It's LED light shining up through cool mist, so it moves like fire without anything burning. Nothing gets hot, there's no smoke and no fire risk, so you can leave it on while you fall asleep.
Is this a humidifier?
It adds a little moisture to the air, but the tank is 150ml, so it's an aroma diffuser rather than a room humidifier. If you want to fix seriously dry air in a whole room, buy a proper humidifier instead. We'd rather tell you now.
How long does one fill last?
About 5 to 7 hours, at 20–30ml per hour. When the water runs out it switches itself off automatically, so you can't damage it by forgetting.
